The conference held on 22 and 23 September in Bonn (Germany) was a high interest collaborative event with many “Break Out Sessions” to share ideas, exchange information and discuss the latest technological trends with NVIDIA technical team, NVIDIA customers and other partners (companies such as Dell, Fujitsu, HP …) and some industry gurus.
Rigual Ferran, Software Engineering Manager of Sadako Technologies, was happy to attend several of the meetings with special interest in the Deep Learning Summit, a field in which Sadako is making great progress.
NVIDIA is the leading developer and manufacturer of GPU (graphics processing unit). Its advances in the field of digital display have led to thousands of patents and revolutionary technologies. Since two decades ago it has been pioneering the development of this powerful tool that has made the PC no longer a mere tool of productivity but an instrument of research and creativity.
Sadako Technologies uses NVIDIA GPUs in development of neural network models that allow us to recognize valuable objects on the conveyor belts of waste treatment in real time.
